I like this place.A note to the pastry chef...please put less biscuit base on the banana caramel slice you do. OR make the base with butter like a proper shortbread.The biscuit THIS time was too much. The last 2 times it was spot on. A spoon of creme chantilly would finish it off perfectly.It was Thursday night at 7pm...and FULL.That tells you a story on its own.The young girls on the restaurant staff team were excellent, esp ours. She read our table, looked at our faces, hence the service was excemplenary.Weldone. đź‘Ť
